**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team at Uber for Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with SMB companies in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to implementation
  • Self-prospect new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Hit bi-annual and quarterly sales targets (quota-carrying role)
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline
  • Sales skills: find the right POCs, address customer objections, and create urgency to gain commitment with customers

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of B2B experience, with at least 2 years in an Account Executive role or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets and company goals
