Smb Account Executive for Business Growth

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team at Uber for Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with SMB companies in Brazil.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to implementation
- Self-prospect new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Hit bi-annual and quarterly sales targets (quota-carrying role)
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline
- Sales skills: find the right POCs, address customer objections, and create urgency to gain commitment with customers
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of B2B experience, with at least 2 years in an Account Executive role or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets and company goals
