About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and expand existing accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify business potential.
  3. Work closely with our team of Core AEs, Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
  4. Coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest and build thought leadership.

What we're looking for:

  1. A proven track record of success in sales, ideally with a software/IT background.
  2. Strong credibility at all levels and a history of building strong relationships internally and with customers.
  3. Effective communication skills and the ability to build influential relationships.
  4. A successful history of net direct new business sales and the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  5. High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.
