Fournir une vision stratégique claire et définie pour le développement du territoire géré.
Établir des plans commerciaux à long terme pour stimuler les ventes et atteindre les objectifs. Analyser régulièrement la concurrence et proposer des ajustements pour rester compétitif.
Créer et maintenir des partenariats et alliances avec des clients clés pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
Mettre en œuvre des analyses de rentabilité pour évaluer la performance financière et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les résultats.
Gestion opérationnelle : attribuer des territoires de vente à des représentants, coordonner les activités de vente et les objectifs individuels.
Analyser les performances de vente et donner des conseils pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité.
Organiser des réunions régulières avec l'équipe de vente pour discuter des progrès et des défis.
Collaborer étroitement avec le marketing pour développer des campagnes efficaces et alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux.
Crer une relation productive avec le personnel de soutien aux ventes pour garantir l'excellence dans le service client.
Diriger le plan business et veiller à ce que les prévisions soient réalisées en temps voulu.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des ventes pour fournir des rapports réguliers et contribuer au développement du plan annuel.
Gestion du personnel : encadrer, former et évaluer périodiquement les performances de l'équipe.
Soutenir et respecter les valeurs fondamentales de Michelin : centré sur le client, responsable, innovant et collaboratif.
