About the Role:

Signifyd is seeking a highly skilled Partner Manager to support the Brazilian market and join our Global Partnerships Organization & LATAM GTM team.

We are a leading provider of next-generation fraud prevention services to enterprise e-commerce retailers, working with a wide range of partners, including payment providers, e-commerce platforms, implementation agencies, financial institutions, and technology consultancy companies.

As a Partner Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Signifyd's existing partner network in the Brazil market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing relationships with Signifyd's existing partner network in Brazil.
  • Creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities with a strong focus on sales targets accomplishment.
  • Executing on the current GTM strategy with strategic partners.
  • Becoming a source of recurring new business opportunities for our Sales Team by leveraging our partner's existing customer portfolio.
  • Developing training and enablement sessions for our partner's commercial teams to keep them up-to-date on Signifyd's latest product features and upgrades.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support to advance commercial initiatives, such as joint marketing events, contract review cycles, information exchange, and business analysis on current partner performance.
  • Maintaining relationships with new partners and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Reaching annual sales goals through satisfactory results.
  • Managing challenging situations with partners to drive successful resolutions for both the partner and Signifyd.
  • Presenting regular updates on initiatives and project progress to the Leadership, Partnerships, and Sales Teams.
  • Articulating Signifyd's products and value to instill excitement and passion in sales enablement sessions with key partners.
  • Developing a prioritization methodology and being incredibly organized in partner resource and time allocation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Prior experience developing or working with highly productive partner-focused teams in the payments or E-Commerce space is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship building, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and research skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing stakeholders' priorities.
  • Ability to make independent choices and recommendations without immediate supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
