Job Summary:

Citrix is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a team of Partner Account Managers responsible for managing, developing, and growing named partners to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with partners to drive commitment to products and solutions.
  • Maximize partner revenue generation by managing non-opportunity/deal specific activities associated with partner recruitment, enablement, executive relationships, business planning, demand generation, and overall support.
  • Leverage a territory team of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities for partner training and marketing execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel and/or partner management, including people management.
  • Fluent language skills.
