Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain data accuracy in ServiceNow.
- Configure and administer the CMDB application in ServiceNow.
- Update and manage data in ServiceNow systems.
- Configure reports and dashboards for the CMDB and create schedule jobs to report on data completeness and correctness.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM, CMDB data schema, and mapping, as well as ITAM ServiceNow.
- 4 years of experience in technical solution design on ITOM, integrations, and end-to-end implementations of CMDB data.
- Experience with flow designer to configure automation use cases using integration hub spokes.
- Experience with enabling and configuring Service Graph and other methods to integrate.
- Experience with scripted API creation.
