**Salary & Benefits**

We offer an attractive salary range of approximately $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Job Description**

In this key role, you will be responsible for order management, ensuring timely delivery of sales orders from customers and intercompany orders. Your primary duties will include:

  • Processing new sales orders in our ERPs, following established procedures
  • Allocating products for sales orders by production plants
  • Managing customer complaints, following quality service procedures
  • Providing RMA status information as needed
  • Communicating with internal and external customers regarding order statuses

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Commerce, or Logistics
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of international commerce, including payment terms and Incoterms
  • Experience in customer service, international trade, and planning areas

**Location**

This role is based at Baxter's Corporate Office in São Paulo, Brazil.
