Building Materials Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Materials Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Brazil.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Brazilian market. This includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Buildding and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage a sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in building materials sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian construction industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
