About Our Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, prospecting, and business opportunities in the Enterprise Brazilian Market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth;
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and manage NOKIA teams effectively;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions;

Qualifications:

- Strong networking skills with a proven track record of success in the Mining and Oil & Gas markets;
- Background in Enterprise market and communication demands;
- Robust background selling technologic systems in telecom markets;
- Electrical/Telecom Engineering or IT education preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent English and desirable Spanish communication;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;

Working Mode:

- Frequent field trips for customers (around 50% of time);
- Maintain permanent contact with tendering teams, programme/project managers, and teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools;
- Experience with CRM software a plus;
- Resident in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro;
