  • We are looking for a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of key customer relationships.">
  • Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and developing solutions that meet their objectives.">
  • You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.">
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for building trust relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competition.">
">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Developing strong relationships with a portfolio of main accounts (distributors and resellers) focused on ResMed Connected Solutions.">
  • Driving account growth through continuous solution proposals that meet customer objectives.">
  • Ensuring correct product and service delivery to customers in a timely manner.">
  • Serving as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.">
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.">
  • Growing new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships.">
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Previous commercial experience in business-to-business sales.">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.">
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Territory Manager or similar position.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.">
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to problem-solve and negotiate.">
  • Clinical and technical capabilities for handling and understanding the ResMed portfolio.">
  • Ability to travel within the territory at least 50% of the time.">
  • Advanced office package skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).">
  • Basic English language proficiency.">
