About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Development Executive to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, including product launches, price reductions, and trade promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
