About the Opportunity:
Our company is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to drive business success and enhance customer experience for global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, including institutional clients, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
- Develop strong rapport through sustained communication and personalized service solutions;
- Develop key customer service processes and systems to ensure optimal client experience;
- Identify unspoken needs to create targeted customer analysis reports;
- Liaise with various stakeholders to provide seamless service solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- At least 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably in international finance, banking, or investments;
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus;
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain strong multi-tasking skills;
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
