Regional Process Owner - LATAM

Are you a seasoned process leader with expertise in Credit and Recovering processes? Do you have experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements?

We are looking for a Regional Process Owner to join our team in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing C&R activities and projects for countries in the region. You will work closely with local teams to design and implement process improvements, monitor data quality, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of portfolio management, financial institutions, loans, and leases. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. A proficiency in languages such as Spanish is highly desirable.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing process improvements for C&R activities and projects in LATAM

  • Developing and maintaining functional roadmaps for C&R processes


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A structured approach, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
