As a Digital Payments Support Specialist at Wise Payments, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Portuguese and English-speaking customers worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in high-volume customer support online and be comfortable working with multiple social media platforms.

The role involves engaging with customers on various social media platforms, such as X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to resolve their queries and concerns. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest social media processes and applications to continuously improve customer experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class support and community engagement for our Portuguese and English-speaking customers online across all our social media platforms.
  • Being creative, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Staying informed about new social media trends and applications to leverage them for customer benefits.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the impact of customer support in digital media.
  • Exceeding customer expectations through proactive problem-solving and swift resolution of issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (with English being the primary working language).
  • Previous experience in high-volume customer support online (via social media, chat, community management, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week, 6-hour days, totaling 36 hours per week.
  • Expert typing skills of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Able to multitask with sharp attention to detail and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
