Our analysts collaborate across teams, assisting others in comprehending financial decisions while serving as trusted business advisors. They utilize comprehensive data and communication strategies to ensure our partners and leaders have access to the most current and reliable information for optimal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial controllership, analyze actuals, challenge variances, and monitor action plans to align financial outcomes with expectations.
  • Develop financial models, provide analytical support, and validate financial and operational results.
  • Ensure adherence to high financial control standards, maintaining data integrity.
  • Act as an active business partner, co-leading teams to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global standards and transfer repetitive tasks to centralized teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Finance or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivots, lookups, etc.).
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
  • Ability to apply key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.
  • Experience in creating financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements through automation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within your team to enhance controllership with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes, and develop/implement escalation plans.
  • MBA or CPA qualification.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos) and providing strategic recommendations based on ad hoc analyses.
