Our analysts collaborate across teams, assisting others in understanding financial decisions while serving as trusted business advisors. They utilize data and communication to ensure that our partners and leaders have the most current and reliable information to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial controllership, analyze actuals, challenge variances, and track action plans to align financial results with targets.
  • Conduct financial modeling, provide analytical support, and validate business financial and operational outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to high financial control standards, maintaining data integrity.
  • Act as an active business partner, co-leading teams to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global standards and transfer repetitive tasks to centralized teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Finance or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivots, lookups, etc.).
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.
  • Experience in developing financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements through automation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in continuous improvement projects to enhance controllership with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in identifying and addressing incomplete or inaccurate data, including root cause analysis and escalation planning.
  • MBA or CPA.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos) and providing management with recommendations based on ad hoc analyses for strategic decision-making.
