Job Summary

As a Cloud Sales Specialist at Google, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and supporting new customers in Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), focusing on Brazilian Government Accounts. You will be a point of contact for the SMB Education team, for new and existing accounts, and work closely with Google Account teams to generate and develop business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on expanding existing accounts and support new customers in Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), focusing on Brazilian Government Accounts.
  • Be a point of contact for the SMB Education team, for new and existing accounts.
  • Work with wider Google Account teams, such as Field Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, Program team and Partner managers to generate and develop business growth.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with Google Partners to scale demand generation and maximize business results in the territory.
  • Provide guidance to develop campaigns to drive pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Requirements
  • Experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
  • Experience in local government solution selling.
  • Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
  • Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex business cycles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.
  • Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.
