As an IT Asset Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing and tracking IT hardware and software assets. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage global logistics for the IT department
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets in various systems
- Audit and update asset records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process requests for hardware and software from end-users
- Work with the logistics team to ship and reclaim hardware as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock aligns with demand
- At least 3 years of experience in IT asset management
- Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
