We are seeking an accomplished Channel Account Manager to spearhead our LATAM operations in São Paulo. This is a pivotal position that combines strategic and operational responsibilities, focusing on developing and expanding our channel ecosystem while driving regional growth.
As a key driver for local business success, you will lead partner strategy development, execute joint go-to-market plans, and foster strong relationships with executive partners. You will also be responsible for training, certification, and sales play execution.
This role requires a proven track record of channel-led revenue growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the business in the region: drive growth and expansion through the channel while representing the company's interests locally
- Developing strategic account plans with key partners to grow adoption of the platform
- Building and maintaining strong executive relationships within partner organizations
- Leading joint go-to-market initiatives and ensuring partner accountability on pipeline and revenue targets
- Conducting regular enablement sessions: training, certification, sales play execution
- Collaborating with regional sales leaders to align territory plans with partner capacity
- Acting as the primary contact for all partner activities in the region — from onboarding to field execution
- Attending key industry events and driving local brand awareness through partner collaboration
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within a cybersecurity or SaaS company
- A strong understanding of the LATAM cybersecurity partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs)
- Demonstrated success in owning a region and driving channel-led revenue growth
- Skilled in partner enablement, joint planning, and co-selling strategies
- The ability to build trust and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage)
- Based in or near São Paulo, Brazil
