Brazil Partner Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE POSITION

Khan Academy Brazil is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Brazil Partner Operations Coordinator. This position is crucial in assisting our licensed district partners with the setup and synchronization of their nightly rosters, ensuring that educators, learners, and administrators can seamlessly access their Khan Academy accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial onboarding meetings with school partners to collect essential rostering information and provide a comprehensive overview of the rostering process.
  • Accurately document pertinent rostering details for each educational partner.
  • Oversee the technical configuration of assigned student rosters, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Vigilantly monitor the activation of new partner accounts and offer support for any arising issues.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the onboarding and activation status of school partners.
  • Assist internal team members with technical challenges reported by their district partners.
  • Supervise the daily roster synchronization and reach out to school partners to verify significant roster modifications.

ABOUT YOU

Your Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in understanding the intricacies of technology.
  • The ability to discern when systems are functioning correctly or when issues require attention.
  • A passion for developing, documenting, and enhancing internal processes to ensure smooth operations and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible, people-oriented approach.
  • Strong prioritization abilities and commitment to follow-through.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive mindset to anticipate and effectively address challenges.
  • Familiarity with K-12 student information systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with Clever or Layers rostering systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and contemporary project management and productivity tools, along with strong scheduling and logistical planning skills.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate to São Paulo, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the role. Must have work authorization in Brazil.
  • Proficient in both Portuguese and English.
