Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr Pricing Program Manager to lead our pricing strategy and operations for Brazil. This role will be responsible for defining, building and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR.
The successful candidate will have experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization. They will also have experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business teams to ensure that our pricing strategy is aligned with their goals
- Evaluate retail landscape, adjust our pricing strategy and generate insights generation for business teams
- Work with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments and Finance
- Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive
- Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics
- Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Relevant years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience with program or project management experience
- Managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
