Title: Partner Manager - Telco Acceleration, WhatsApp
**Responsibilities**:
Launching new telco partnerships that drive net-new value to telco & WhatsApp
Evaluating telco’s tech stack capabilities, producing gap analysis, recommending additional vendors or workstreams
Creating execution plans for initial launch and all subsequent use case launches
Escalate technical or process issues from Telcos to relevant support and operation teams internally
Deploying more use cases, and accelerating volume/value
Achieve quarterly & annual telco targets in use cases & messaging volume
Own forecasting and goaling for a portfolio of telco partners
Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels specific to the telco vertical
MINIMUM Requirements
7+ years of experience in deploying complex saas or cPaaS solutions for end clients or tech providers
Extensive experience and deep understanding of telco partners across the region
Experience in building or managing partnerships and programs around messaging systems in a large-scale environment. If messaging experience is not available, tangential areas will be considered
Strong analytical skills to determine which programs work and insight to build on that experiences
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
