Qual será seu desafio: Dentro de uma empresa e de um time em crescimento, vai ser a pessoa responsável por melhorias nos processos de vendas, visando deixar ele mais fluído e escalável; metrificar, acompanhar e gerar insights a partir de indicadores de vendas, além de gerar relatórios periódicos para o time comercial. Como uma pessoa Estagiária de Sales Ops, você será responsável por: - Acompanhar e analisar os gaps e oportunidades para o time de vendas de acordo com os principais indicadores da operação;
- Construir visualizações dos dados para a equipe de vendas;
- Apresentar reports e análises de resultados de fechamentos de mês e de trimestre;
- Apoiar na realização e gestão da rotina de forecast de vendas e projeção de resultados;
- Sugerir e apoiar a implementação de melhorias de processos e rotinas de efetividade de força de vendas com as lideranças da área;
- Apoiar a gestão de dados de vendas.
Requisitos Estar cursando Administração, Economia, Engenharia e/ou correlatas; Ter Excel nível intermediário; Ser uma pessoa analítica, com facilidade de lidar com números; Dinamismo e flexibilidade; Trabalho em equipe; Proatividade; Organização.
Desejável Ter conhecimento de processos de vendas inbound; Ter conhecimento dos principais indicadores de vendas; Experiência com o CRM Hubspot; Experiência com matrizes dinâmicas no Excel; Experiência prévia na área e em ambientes de trabalho dinâmicos.
