**Position: Team Leader Front Office & Talent Management BR**

**GET TO KNOW OUR AREA**:
The Human Resources front office is the team that works directly with the experience of Bayer's employees in Brazil regard to HR issues. The scope of action is broad and encompasses knowledge and general service in the life cycle processes of our people at Bayer.

The Talent Management Operation area's principle is the management of processes, systems and content related to training and development.

The basic purpose of the area is to help employees find their way of self-development and learning.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Proactively work with the local and global HR community (HR Experts, HR Business Partners, HR Services, HR Organisation) to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools and processes into the associated organization and services for country group.
- Proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action to resolve; align with other HR Teams to provide integrated service; promote performance improvement initiatives based on local needs and global structure.
- Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practice in service delivery for the associated organization based on global framework.
- Maintain and improve quality standards within the associated organization. Ensure appropriate metrics (including third party KPIs) for local organization in line with global governance.
- Focal point of global Talent Management process
- Ensure the implementation of local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes and systems (e.g. payroll).
- Ensure compliance and risk management across the associated organization and systems locally.
- Ensure proper budget performance and alignment.
- Management of payments from vendors Benefits the necessary measures for alignment and troubleshooting
- Ensure local support and knowledge for incident/problem management for local topics based on global steering and rules.
- Ensure knowledge transfer of best practice from and to the global organization/community.
- Has clear overview about changes, project requests and developments within a country and coordinates as needed.
- Supervises prioritized projects and services in the region and supports the project/service team
- This position acts as mentor/coach and people manager for the Team
- Set targets for the team in terms of behavior, performance and development; perform salary review.
- Manage internal and external associated staff (recruit, on board, motivate, develop, determine merit and identify talent) in line with the Bayer LIFE values.
- Establish a work culture within the associated organization that promotes teamwork and sharing within HR Services globally and partnering with stakeholders based on global governance.
- Ensure proper succession management and skill assessment of workforce within the associated organization**.**

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**

**Mandatory**
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- English and Spanish language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.
- Several years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, the HR community and customers;
- Detailed understanding of HR processes & systems.
- Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & staff.
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management as well as change management.
- Experience working and collaborating within a global organization and multicultural environment.
- Strong customer orientation and service delivery management.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and be resourceful (using a wide-range of information sources)

**Desirable**
- Specific experience in Customer Service and HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration
- Advance knowledge in MS Office (Excel).
- Good user knowledge of SAP HR standard reports and transactions
