**As our new Customer Success Analyst you'll**:
Ensure customers drive maximum value from their investments with us. Leverages deep business, industry, and product knowledge to partner with customers and guide them to accelerate business value and return from their investment of Sinch products and solutions. In this role, the Customer Success are working directly with customers that can vary in their market segment, size, solution complexity and life cycle, depending on the customer’s needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that customers are using our platform and solutions to their full potential;
- Partner with customers to advise on best practices;
- Map customer pains and propose solutions that result in customer success and platform revenue expansion;
- Ensure customer visibility on objectives and KPI achievement;
- Understand customer’s objectives and how they translate to outcomes;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Identify opportunities in other client's departments that don't have our solutions implemented;
- Strive to continually improve the overall experience for our customers;
- Contribute to improve the Customer Success area at Sinch.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success area;
- Experience from a Tech or a SaaS company;
- Knowledge in projects/digital products: software, systems, interfaces;
- Experience working with CRM solutions as Salesforce;
- Data analysis to take a data driven approach to influencing and guiding customers and day to day decisions;
- Protagonist in the construction of strategic planning for the expansion of large accounts;
- Relationship, communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player;
- Sense of prioritization and ability to communicate with Sinch peers and other teams;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Creative and analytical skills focused on problem solving.

Big Plus
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a Big Plus
- Ability to speak and write in English is a Big Plus
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
