**Responsabilidades e Experiências desejáveis**:
Buscamos um (a) Rental Analyst para se juntar à Locadora Volvo, umas das empresas do Grupo Volvo - Localizada em Curitiba-PR.

Sua Missão
Você é responsável por todos processos internos na Locação. Trabalhando diretamente com a pessoal chave em concessionárias, VFS e equipes de caminhões Volvo, prestadores de serviços, e organizações externas. Você irá construir confiança com o nosso clientes, revendedores, parcerias internas e provedores externos. Envolvido em novo negócio de aluguel e serviços relacionados. Responsável por administração de novo aluguel acordos no aluguel gestão sistema. Responsável por faturamento e fluxo de documentos de cliente contratos. Ligação com clientes, internos áreas e concessionários e resolver/passar suas perguntas. Responsável por ativo e contrato administração que inclui de ativos documentação, impostos e contratados serviços e multas gestão desde as operações começam até o final do contrato. Responsável por finança administração de contratos, acionando o faturamento e coleção processo quando necessário e baseado em conciliação na alocação de caixa processo. Contrato terminação, processo com fim de contrato comunicação, acompanhamento de ativos condições, gatilho fatura e documentação processos. Integrar o LEAN, identificando melhorias oportunidades em processo diário. Garantir os acordos de SLAs, através da criação de KPIs relevantes.

**Requisitos**:

- Superior completo e: Finanças, Administração, Engenharia ou semelhante;
- Vivência com locação no segmento de automotivo/pesado;
- Necessário ter conhecimento de produtos de aluguel e serviços;
- Possuir experiência trabalhando com gerenciamento de portfólio e suporte ao cliente;
- Desejável inglês avançado;
- Desejável conhecimento com Power BI.
