Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- 2 years of experience in sales with Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service products and platforms.
- Ability to speak and write in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, MBA, JD, or other advanced degree.
- Experience in sales and operations, and managing sales teams.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Ability to develop sales individuals and managers, with effective executive leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
**About the job**:
As a New Business Sales Manager for Google Workspace in the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) segment, you will lead a team of Account Executives to deliver on business goals, while providing a great customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders locally and globally across Sales Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Program Management, Product and other support teams to optimize the customer experience and drive robust business growth in the SMB segment. You will be an advocate for DE&I and continue to build on the strong collaborative culture of SMB Latin America.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve maximum business growth. Maintain a high performing culture that attracts and retains a diverse set of talent and demonstrate strong leadership to motivate and enable the team to be successful.
- Develop and implement best practices for our programs and markets, ensuring the team is up-to-date with the newest trends and pitches. Improve team skills through development and training.
- Manage the business operation to operate at scale and provide management support and coaching.
- Manage productive relationships with sales development, marketing leaders and representatives, as well as our partner ecosystem in order to drive strategy and execution.
- Identify growth projects and programs that can scale the business. Plan and execute programs and work with cross-functional stakeholders in the wider Google Cloud organization.
