**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Plays a critical role as a People Business Partner with the ability to understand business objectives by examining, establishing and influencing new approaches to achieve continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and the development of talent at the individual and team levels within the company.
Leads, design and manages the development of the HR strategy at the national level for the Large Format Sales areas of the organization, working closely with the teams we accompany.

Responsible for integrating two of the largest sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade) leading at the national level as People BP to 1.300 people with the knowledge of the commercial objectives to Influence in the new approaches to achieve continuous improvements of the best organization of the structures, rewards and the talent.

**Your Impact**
- Lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo vision for SP state;
- Adress Sales needs through projects development along with specialist areas;
- Ability to effectively design and lead various projects with national impact with a solid focus on appropriate solutions in an environment that requires working independently;
- Coaching and mentoring at Managerial level;
- Partner with business leaders to assess talent pipeline, develop and execute appropriate actions to ensure succession plans for critical roles;
- Ensure continuous development and advancement of employees in partnership with the Talent Management team;
- Support Development of strategies to improve organizational Health and culture, guaranteeing a high level of employee commitment;
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new hires;
- Strategic HR communications at different levels of the organization;
- Turn people's data into insights to enable a business to make timely or data-driven decisions;
- Lead the Re-skilling program in collaboration with the Learning team and functional areas for the development of learning strategies to meet the needs of Large Format.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Major in: Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related field preferred;
- Preferably Master or MBA in HR;
- Previous experience in HR;
- Experience leading, choaching and mentoring direct reports;
- Experience in labor relations;
- Advance Business English;
- Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics;
- Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise comfortable working in ambiguous business situations;
- Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners.
