OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global digital assets company providing lending, savings and trading products to clients in over 150 countries.We are a remote-first, security-focused team building a cloud-first infrastructure and networks.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate supports end users, manages endpoints, automates identity and access management, and administers cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, with experience in a fast-growing, security-first environment.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of Ledn's growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks, work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders, and report to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line customer-facing IT support to employees (via Slack, Jira, etc.).Procuring and delivering technology equipment and managing onboarding and offboarding of employees.Design, test, build, document programs and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Okta, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Own and improve identity and access management, SSO integrations (Okta, GSuite, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents, prioritize and resolve issues; participate in projects over sprints using Agile methods.Set and align personal and team objectives and key results with company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Automation skills with bash, zsh, Python, and ability to use open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmarks, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API integration between systems.Remote-support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI model; basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Self-management, ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams; comfortable with ambiguity.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AWS; GAM and command-line tool usage; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture and BenefitsRemote work anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions); equity ownership; comprehensive rewards package; career growth opportunities.Equal opportunity employer; inclusive, diverse environment; accommodations available on request.Application and EnvironmentYou may contact Ledn for accommodation requests during recruitment.We are a global, remote-first team and may ask shortlisted candidates to submit a short video response.No agencies or recruiters please; unsolicited resumes will not be accepted.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN.Sign in to set job alerts for "Information Technology Manager" roles.#J-*****-Ljbffr
