OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, guided by core values: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are changing the world for the better through innovation in financial services.The opportunity is to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and enjoys helping end users in need of assistance.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks, and you will work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of customer-facing IT support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools; own the support experience.Proficient in troubleshooting on macOS and enterprise deployment; procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.Design, test, build, document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf).Own and improve identity providers and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta) and integrate systems via APIs.Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate recurring tasks; handle critical incidents to resolution.Prioritize help desk tickets effectively and work on projects over sprints with Jira; align objectives to team and company goals.Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and other teams; communicate clearly and learn quickly in a supportive environment.Supervise IT operations to ensure security-first, scalable, cloud-first infrastructure.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and workflows in Okta; API experience and cross-system integration; remote support across multiple countries/time zones.Excellent communication skills across all media; clear writing in tickets, email, and Slack; ability to explain complex concepts simply.Strong troubleshooting knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching) and OSI model layers; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams.Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability in a high-growth environment, and a builder mindset to create, iterate, and scale IT practices.Nice to have: experience with AWS, GAM, command-line interfaces for efficiency, Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications, remote work experience.Benefits and CultureComprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package starting from day one;
