OverviewInformation Technology Manager at LEDN – join us and help drive our IT and cybersecurity efforts in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.Ledn is a global financial services company focused on digital assets, with products and services in over 150 countries.We are seeking an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate wears many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person will be passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while delivering a high-quality support experience to our employees.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of support for employees, providing outstanding help via Slack, Jira, and other channels; act as customer-facing IT representative.Own IT operations: support end users, manage endpoints (Mac-centric environment), and administer cloud-based IT systems.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and offboarding/offboarding processes.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and IT security tooling.Oversee Mac endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tooling (e.g., Jamf).Own and improve identity, device provisioning, and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks; manage incidents to resolution.Prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects with agile methods and sprints in Jira.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open-source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows within Okta; strong API integration skills.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; capable of handling hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong documentation skills and ability to craft clear help content; security-conscious mindset (e.g., knowledge of PGP).Networking basics and problem solving across OSI layers; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI tools.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: entrepreneurial, adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment.Culture and BenefitsRemote-first environment with options to work remotely up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions); equity opportunities; competitive total rewards package and PTO.Equal opportunity employer; inclusive and diverse culture; confidentiality in handling information; accommodation requests can be directed to the Ledn team.Note: Due to high application volume, only qualified applicants will be contacted.No agencies or recruiters, and unsolicited resumes will not be accepted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
