OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Ledn is committed to building a stake for employees in the future of the company and the digital economy.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The role is customer-facing, and you will be the first line of support for employees, via tools such as Slack and Jira.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Manager of IT who will wear multiple hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right candidate has demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments and is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of Ledn\'s growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR).The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner looking for a supportive environment to grow IT skills.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support to employees (via Slack, Jira, etc.); manage Mac-based enterprise environments.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.Design, test, build, and document IT programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and respond to issues through to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects in sprints (Jira, agile methods).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; strong API skills for system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and customs experience.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Proficiency in troubleshooting, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching), and OSI model steps.Self-management skills to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams; strong organizational skills.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).Culture fit: leadership in a startup/tech environment with a values-driven approach; remote work experience.What We ProvideCompetitive total rewards package, starting on day one; comprehensive benefits and PTO.Equity ownership in the company; opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven role in a global digital asset company; inclusive, diverse culture; accommodation support during recruitment.Additional InformationLedn operates as a remote-first company with a global team across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.Due to high volume applications, only qualified candidates will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response; public social media review may be conducted.No agencies or recruiters.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: RetailWe are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.For accommodation requests during the recruitment process, contact the Ledn team at the designated email address.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ledn.Get notified about new Information Technology Manager jobs in Pinhais, Paraná, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
