Key Role: Financial Institutions Partnership Director Job Description:Nurture high-value partnerships with global banks and financial institutions to elevate our payment, collection, and B2B services.Drive growth for merchants by fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results.Main Responsibilities:Develop strategic channel partnership plans, identifying key partners, negotiating agreements, implementing, and managing complex engagements.Lead the development of sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen initiatives, and new product features to enhance our services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are executed with quality and timeliness.Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive optimization in our payment processes.Manage partnerships, reviewing success factors, holding regular meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, and lead-gen initiatives.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with local financial institutions or payment channels.In-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance regarding payment businesses and cross-border fund movements.Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.Able to maintain high efficiency across different countries.Solid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, be able to analyze complex data, and drive results-oriented solutions.A deep understanding of the local market and ability to navigate cultural nuances is essential.
