OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Ledn is a remote-first company with a global team.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate wears many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is keen to help end users who need assistance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR) to design, implement, and manage cloud-first infrastructure and networks.Provide customer-facing, first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc., including troubleshooting and incident management.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and exit processes for all employees' tech experiences.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/MMD tools; work with IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Lead projects on a sprint basis using agile methods; set and track objectives and key results (OKRs).Proactively respond to, diagnose, and fix critical incidents through resolution.Collaborate across teams and advocate for secure, scalable IT practices.What you bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python; use open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta; API knowledge and cross-system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware logistics and onboarding/offboarding processes.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching) and OSI model troubleshooting.Self-management skills with the ability to scope projects and prioritize across multiple teams.Nice to haveSome familiarity with AWS; GAM tool experience; Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture and what we offerLeadership in a startup/tech environment with a builder mindset, collaboration across functions, and a focus on integrity and accountability.Remote work options worldwide for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions) and comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO, equity ownership, and opportunities for growth in a global digital assets company.Working environment and equal opportunityLedn is truly global and remote-first, with team members across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.We are an equal opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity and diversity.If you need accommodation during the recruitment process, please email the Ledn team at the address provided in the posting.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
