OverviewInformation Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Ledn values integrity, progress, empathy, and ownership, and supports a remote-first environment with global teams.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate wears many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments, and is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.This role will report to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support as the first line of contact; own support experiences for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools.Procuring and delivering technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding of employees and related tech provisioning.Design, test, build, document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools; contribute to IDP/SSO improvements (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Own incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and manage projects in sprints using Jira.Develop and align objectives and key results with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API integration across systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware/shipping knowledge and customs.Strong communication skills; ability to write clearly and help users who are frustrated or time-poor.Proficiency with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers; methodical problem solving.Self-management with the ability to scope projects and prioritize across multiple teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to improve efficiency.Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership in a startup/tech environment with empathy and collaboration.What We ProvideCompetitive total rewards package starting on day one; equity opportunities in the company.Remote-friendly environment; up to 180 days remote work eligibility (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work and a focus on diversity and inclusivity.About Ledn & Equal OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity.Requests for accommodations can be sent to the Ledn team during all stages of recruitment.All requests are confidential.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
