OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets.We offer lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our team is a diverse group that believes digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.Our core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate supports end users, manages endpoints, automates identity and access management, and administers cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to design, implement and manage our growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.You will be a strong communicator and fast learner, seeking a supportive environment to grow your IT skills and expertise.This role reports to the Director of IT.What You'll Do / ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels.Procure and deliver technology equipment and own the tech onboarding and offboarding experience.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Improve IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.) and document solutions; automate routine work.Lead incident response for critical issues and manage tickets with prioritization and escalation as needed.Work on projects across sprints with agile methodologies and track work in Jira.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API integration skills.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; capable of hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Proficiency in security practices, PGP basics, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching); methodical troubleshooting following OSI layers.Self-management skills to scope projects and work across multiple teams.Nice to Have / Preferred QualificationsSome familiarity with AWS; experience using GAM and CLI for efficiency.Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture & FitLeadership mindset suitable for a startup/tech environment; values-focused with empathy and integrity.Ability to work remotely and navigate ambiguity in a high-growth setting.Benefits & Responsibilities of BelongingCompetitive total rewards package starting from day one, including a PTO package and ownership through equity.Remote work opportunity worldwide for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work in a global digital asset company; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Equality & Recruitment NotesLedn is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.If accommodation is needed during the recruitment process, please email the Ledn team with your request; all inquiries are confidential.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes, and we are not responsible for fees related to them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
