OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is committed to helping end users who need assistance.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.You will need to be highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be part of a fast-moving, highly execution-oriented team.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise.This role will report to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support and be the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools.Manage procurement and delivery of technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and contribute to improvements on identity and access management tools (IDP and SSO; e.g., GSuite, Okta).Detail solutions in help articles and automate routine tasks; respond to and resolve critical incidents.Prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects over sprints using agile methods.Set and work toward objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; API integration between systems.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and manage customs.Exceptional communication skills across mediums and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly; strong writing skills.Strong security mindset; knowledge of PGP; networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams; comfortable with ambiguity.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI tools.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.Comprehensive total rewards package, including generous PTO and ownership through equity; opportunity to work remotely up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work in a leading digital asset company.You may reach out to the Ledn team by emailing (redacted) for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.Ledn is a remote-first organization with a global team spanning North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
