Join to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.About LEDNLEDN is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our mission is to democratize access to the global economy through digital assets.We are guided by the core values of integrity, ownership, passion for progress, and empathy.Ledn's team is diverse, collaborative, and driven to create positive impact.The OpportunityYou will join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.In this role you will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools.You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and other stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels.Manage and troubleshoot macOS and endpoint devices using Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, and related MDM tools.Own technology onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Automate workflows with bash, zsh, python, and open-source tools such as Munki, SplashBuddy, and CIS Benchmark scripts.Design, implement, and manage corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.Maintain and improve SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, and Netsuite.Document policies, programs, and help articles; contribute to knowledge base improvements.Respond to critical incidents, prioritize tickets, and communicate status to stakeholders.Participate in projects and sprints using Agile methods and Jira.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration with Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, or Netsuite.Proficiency in bash, zsh, python, and automation tools.Experience integrating SSO and creating workflows in Okta.Strong command-line skills and familiarity with APIs.Remote support experience across multiple time zones and countries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).Security awareness, including PGP and basic troubleshooting using the OSI model.Strong organization, prioritization, and self-management abilities.Nice to HavesFamiliarity with AWS environments.Experience with GAM and other command-line interfaces.Jamf, Okta, or Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitAdaptable and resilient in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Builder's mindset with a passion for iteration and scale.Collaborative partner who can influence across functions and cultures with empathy and clarity.Integrity and accountability, especially when managing confidential information.Remote-working experience.BenefitsCompetitive PTO and equity opportunities.Remote work eligible for up to 180 days a year.Comprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package starting on day one.Equity stake in the company.Position based on inclusivity and diversity.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyRetail (Industry)We are an equal opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.If you require accommodations, contact us at **** for assistance throughout the recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
