Sales Operations Analyst

In this roleyou will have the opportunity to :Supporting on a named set of renewal opportunities with things such as customer engagement, quote preparation, quote and contract updates, customer requested changes and closing renewals with the correct documentation and information.Managing the renewal process by addressing any potential obstacles, preparing renewal quotes, and facilitating discussions to ensure contract renewals occur smoothly and on time.Ad-hoc administrative tasks and data analysis for the region.Managing renewal execution by engaging with the Account Management team 90 days before the contract end date.Verifying all renewal quotes are accurate and compliant with both customer requirements and internal policies (e.g., pricing, terms, legal compliance).Closing renewals and passing to the licensing team with accurate information that is up to date and avoids the need to return the opportunity from closure review.Working closely with key stakeholders in Finance, Commercial as well as the legal and product teams to help manage and optimise processes and workflows related to the region, including around SFL, SAP, licensing platforms and other BSS platforms directly impacting EMEA customers and business activities.To be successful in this role, you should have :Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or administration.Experience working and liaising with customers.Experience with data analytics and data structure.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue generation.Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Additional Information Office-based working environment, work from our Belo Horizonte office three or more days per week.#LI-TS1Our Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion At Seequent, we champion the uniqueness of each individual.Our commitment to inclusiveness, equity, and accessibility is fundamental to who we are.If you require accommodation during our recruitment process, please let our Talent Acquisition team know.We are here to ensure a fair opportunity for all.Benefits of being a Seequenteer and why you'll love being on our team.We aspire to be pioneers of positive change in the way organisations work with the underground.We work collaboratively, stay curious, make change happen and have a global impact.We bring our authentic selves to work and are enthusiastic about what we do.Plus, you can expect great benefits; these benefits are unique to each location Seequent resides in.#J-*****-Ljbffr
