Buscamos um(a) Profissional de Sales Operations para apoiar o time comercial na organização de processos, acompanhamento de resultados e otimização do funil de vendas.Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar dados em insights e garantir eficiência nas rotinas operacionais e estratégicas de vendas.ResponsabilidadesAcompanhar e otimizar o funil de vendas e o desempenho do time comercial.Gerenciar e manter atualizado o CRM, assegurando a qualidade dos dados.Criar e analisar relatórios e dashboards de performance e metas.Apoiar na previsão de vendas (forecast) e controle de indicadores.Automatizar rotinas e propor melhorias em processos comerciais.Colaborar com as áreas de marketing e gestão para alinhamento estratégico.RequisitosExperiência com CRM, relatórios e processos comerciais.Conhecimento em métricas de vendas e análise de dados.Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados.Boa comunicação e facilidade em trabalhar com diferentes áreas.Local: Planalto – PampulhaSalário: R$ *****,00Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 08h00 às 17h48Benefícios: Vale-Transporte + Vale-RefeiçãoTipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLTPagamento: R$*****,00 por mêsBenefícios:Vale-refeiçãoVale-transporte
