ResumenBuscamos un perfil comercial consultivo, con experiencia vendiendo servicios tecnológicos, capaz de generar oportunidades, construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y cumplir objetivos de revenue en un entorno dinámico y de alto crecimiento.ResponsabilidadesGenerar, nutrir y gestionar leads y oportunidades, realizando seguimiento activo de cuentas en el CRM y asegurando la correcta actualización de la información.Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de prospección y cold outreach, utilizando herramientas de automatización de ventas y técnicas de networking para maximizar la conversión.Llevar adelante el ciclo completo de ventas consultivas de servicios IT: prospección, diagnóstico, presentación de propuesta, negociación y cierre.Colaborar con el equipo de Marketing, Delivery y Operaciones, compartiendo insights del mercado y feedback para mejorar estrategias comerciales y garantizar una experiencia fluida para el cliente.Monitorear métricas clave (pipeline, conversión, revenue) y proponer mejoras en los procesos de generación de leads y gestión de clientes.Participar en eventos y actividades de networking en EE. UU. o LATAM, representando a la compañía frente a clientes y partners estratégicos.Acompañar la experiencia del cliente a lo largo del ciclo comercial, asegurando su satisfacción, fidelización y expansión (cross-selling / up-selling).RequisitosHabilidades técnicas:Inglés avanzado o bilingüe (excluyente).Experiencia vendiendo servicios IT, software o staffing (excluyente).Conocimiento y uso de CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM).Experiencia en automatización de campañas de cold outreach.Disponibilidad para viajar y asistir a ferias o eventos internacionales.Habilidades blandas:Orientación a resultados: foco constante en el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.Autonomía y proactividad: capacidad para generar oportunidades y resolver desafíos con independencia y creatividad.Enfoque comercial: capacidad para sostener el ritmo de prospección y mantener la motivación frente a los desafíos del proceso de venta.Actitud Positiva: entusiasmo por el crecimiento y compromiso con el logro.Qué ofrecemos
