Customer Experience AmbassadorAbout MeetGeek:We're an AI meeting assistant that automates meetings, summarization, and workflows.Integrating with 5,000+ tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Salesforce, we help teams turn conversations into structured workflows.We have thousands of companies in over 100 countries trusting us, backed by top-tier investors and led by AI, NLP, and systems engineering veterans, MeetGeek is redefining what meetings can do.This role combines customer support, success, and operations to help users unlock MeetGeek's capabilities and automate follow-ups, triggers, and more.Technical troubleshooting for user questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior.Cross-functional collaboration to resolve edge cases.Customer onboarding, guiding new customers from kickoff to activation and ensuring successful adoption.CRM & Billing ownership, managing Stripe billing flows and customer clarity.Knowledge & self-service support through article creation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.Source expansion opportunities for sales, identifying new opportunities during support and surfacing warm leads.You'll need 2-3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role, experience with automation flows, and consultative skills to streamline and optimize user workflows.Familiarity with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, and CRMs, fluency in English and other languages required (French, German, or Spanish).
