**Atividades**: Desenvolver reports semanais sobre as atividades da equipe com análises que suportam a discussão e a tomada de decisão das lideranças da empresa, Trabalhar com os demais setores da empresa (operações e logística) na estratégia e execução de projetos com objetivo de melhorar a experiência dos clientes.
,Implementar e gerenciar ações relacionadas à experiência de clientes e centralidade no cliente.
,Aplicar treinamentos relacionados à cultura Raízs de atender ao cliente,Monitorar e acompanhar as atividades realizadas pelo time, sob a perspectiva de produtividade e qualidade, gerando e acompanhando indicadores de performance individual dos analistas;.
**Requisitos**: Ter computador em casa, Conhecimento básico de excel,Boa comunicação,Disponibilidade de um final de semana por mês.
