Lead Desktop Support Analyst

Objetivo da Função:
Fornecer suporte de TI em aplicativos de colaboração, aplicativos próprios da empresa e recursos de TI usados nos escritórios da Thermo Fisher. Interagir com time global para análise e resolução de problemas. Colaborar em projetos, ter proatividade e capacidade de gestão.
Responsabilidades:
·Fornecer suporte de TI ao usuários da ThermoFisher.
·Realizar instalação/ configuração/ manutenção dos aplicativos, e ajudar com estações de trabalho, smartphones e periféricos da empresa.
·Lidar com fornecedores de TI.
·Atuar como contato local de TI para o Service Desk Global de TI.
·Manter um bom rastreamento dos ativos de TI locais.
·Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe regional de TI da ThermoFisher.
·Participar de projetos de TI.
·Garantir a segurança das informações da empresa
·Prover orientação a usuários
Competências Técnicas:
·Sólidos conhecimentos sobre a plataforma Windows.
·Sólidos conhecimentos sobre instalação/ configuração e funcionamento de aplicativos de Microsoft Office 365.
·Bom conhecimento de plataforma móvel (iOS)
·Conhecimento geral sobre redes, problemas comuns de conectividade no ambiente Windows.
·Experiência com melhoria e documentação de processos
Competências Comportamentais:
·Vontade de aprender e trabalhar em equipe
·Capacidade de autogestão, autoinstrução
·Aplicação de boas práticas de TI, e da empresa
Competências Complementares Desejadas:
·Conhecimento básico sobre redes
·Capacidade de criar documentação para usuários e sobre processos
Qualificação Mínima:
·Nível de Inglês intermediário.
·3-4 anos de experiência em posição similar.
·De preferência aluno formado em carreiras relacionadas a TI.
Qualificação Preferencial:
·Certificações de TI serão consideradas diferenciais.
