Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
About the role
As a Partner Sales Executive , you will support our Partner network throughout the sales cycle ensuring appropriate resources are provided to drive software sales and revenue of our portfolio. You will work with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME’s), with a focus on developing a value proposition, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.
Key challenges
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota responsibility. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts/territories and/or verticals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization. Understand customer needs and requirements and align them with our solutions. Strategic Account Planning and Sales Pipeline Management Leads complex negotiations with prospects, focusing on creating mutually beneficial. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, providing valuable input and collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement and achieve common goals. Strategic Thinking - systematically tackle problems and hypothesize possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs. Interpersonal Influence - use rational and emotional drivers that appeal to customers to comfortably aim to desired outcomes. Ownership - initiative and aim to achieve results; independent and self-directed.
Your qualifications
At least 3 years of direct sales / business development experience with a track record of sales success. Experience with Product and Manufacturing Simulation - CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering). Experience in B2B Software / technology sales preferably in the industrial sector Experience working with partners/ resellers Good eye for business foresight in handling forecasts and targets Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent English, Spanish is a plus Collaborative, (collaboration with partners is the key in the role), resolved, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and high level of accountabilityThis position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
