- Develop and execute the builder sales strategy focused on national and regional builders
- Lead sales engagement and secure enterprise-wide builder partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a high-performing builder sales team
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and execution to exceed revenue targets
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure builder success and adoption
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in residential construction or smart home technology
- Proven track record of scaling sales across large national and regional builders
- Strong network and experience managing national builder accounts and integrator networks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven operator with experience launching new markets or channels
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Gong.io for sales enablement and pipeline management
- Background in building products or electrical markets
