Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the builder sales strategy focused on national and regional builders
  • Lead sales engagement and secure enterprise-wide builder partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Build and manage a high-performing builder sales team
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and execution to exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure builder success and adoption
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in residential construction or smart home technology
  • Proven track record of scaling sales across large national and regional builders
  • Strong network and experience managing national builder accounts and integrator networks
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven operator with experience launching new markets or channels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Gong.io for sales enablement and pipeline management
  • Background in building products or electrical markets
