We welcome sales professionals at all levels including Business Development Manager, Team Lead, Sales Manager, Country Manager, Head of Sales, etc.

What you’ll be working on:Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on opening and developing new markets.Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.Act as key advisor to the company on market, analyse sales data for insights, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the marketing department to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to senior management, offering insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.Utilize CRM systems effectively for comprehensive data management and strategic decision-making.Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in team performance.Travel as necessary to meet with partners, clients, and explore regional market opportunities, contributing to the company's broader expansion initiatives.

Who are we looking for?Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Deep knowledge and experience of the LATAM/MENA/APAC markets is a bonus.Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.Capacity to provide insightful suggestions to both the management and the marketing team on how to navigate and grow in the financial markets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive decision-making.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
