**Responsabilidades**:
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de Revenue Growth Management para maximizar a receita e a lucratividade.
Analisar dados de mercado, concorrência e desempenho de produtos para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e áreas de melhoria.
Gerenciar e otimizar políticas de preços, promoções e estratégias de mix de produtos.
Colaborar com equipes de vendas, marketing e finanças para alinhar estratégias e garantir a execução eficaz das iniciativas de RGM.
Desenvolver modelos de previsão e análises financeiras para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas.
Monitorar e avaliar o impacto das iniciativas de RGM, ajustando as estratégias conforme necessário para alcançar os objetivos da empresa.
Fornecer insights e recomendações baseadas em dados para a liderança sênior.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência em Revenue Growth Management, preferencialmente em empresas de bens de consumo (CPG).
Forte habilidade analítica e experiência em análise de dados e modelagem financeira.
Conhecimento profundo de estratégias de precificação, promoção e canais de distribuição.
Habilidade para atuar em ambiente dinâmico e de rápido movimento.
Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
MBA ou pós-graduação será um diferencial.
Inglês Avançado/Fluente forte exposição em reuniões estratégicas para alta liderança.
