Estamos procurando uma pessoa estratégica, mão na massa e com paixão por vendas para assumir a coordenação comercial com os distribuidores parceiros da Red Bull na região de São Paulo. Aqui, você terá autonomia, desafios de verdade e um ambiente colaborativo para crescer junto com a marca.

  • Ser o elo entre Red Bull e os(as) distribuidores(as) parceiros(as), garantindo que a marca brilhe nos pontos de venda.
  • Analisar indicadores, identificar oportunidades e propor ações que gerem impacto real.
  • Estar presente em campo com frequência, acompanhando a execução e dando suporte às equipes de vendas.
  • Conectar estratégias com a operação e garantir que todos(as) estejam na mesma página.
  • Trabalhar em sintonia com os times de Trade, Marketing e Planejamento para garantir uma execução nota 10.
O que esperamos de você:
  • Experiência sólida com vendas, especialmente no canal indireto (distribuidores).
  • Vivência com execução em campo e um olhar atento para o que acontece nas ruas.
  • Capacidade analítica para ler dados e transformá-los em planos práticos.
  • Excelente comunicação, energia de sobra e foco em resultado.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens pela região.
  • Passagem por empresas de bens de consumo, alimentos ou bebidas.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau…).
  • Histórico de entregas consistentes e visão de dono(a) do negócio.
