As HR & HSE Manager in our atelier, you will have the opportunity to implement HR policies in collaboration with the Director and the management team, ensuring an exceptional and safe work environment, fostering the development of our employees, and ensuring strict compliance with laws and regulations related to both HR and HSE.

What you'll do:
Collaborate with the management team to define and implement innovative HR and HSE strategies aligned with the atelier's objectives.
Lead and develop an HR/HSE team, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Create a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting employee well-being and safety, and resolving conflicts effectively.
Identify and nurture the talent of our employees, providing opportunities for growth and career development.
Oversee the management of salaries, schedules, safety protocols, and other administrative aspects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Participate in strategic projects to optimize the atelier's HR and HSE practices and promote continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to minimize workplace hazards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Provide HSE training and promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the atelier.

Is This Position For You?
We are looking for someone with proven experience in Human Resources and HSE, preferably gained within an industrial or production environment. A higher education in Human Resources, or a related field is essential and an. You have completed the Higher Technician Course in Occupational Hygiene and Safety VI. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, alongside an in-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HSE regulations. The ability to resolve conflicts constructively and effectively is crucial, as is proficiency in IT tools and HR management systems. Good knowledge of English and/or Italian would also be an advantage.
